What’s on TV? is a completely improvised theatre show where the audience decides how the story begins — and, of course, what’s on the TV.
The performance moves seamlessly between the programmes on screen and the lives of the people watching them, creating stories within stories in real time. From absurd late-night commercials to gripping drama, awkward reality shows, or unexpected musical moments — absolutely anything can happen.
Every show is created on the spot and filled with unforgettable characters, surprising twists, and live improvised music. What’s on TV? has previously been performed at international improv festivals in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands — and now it’s coming to Trondheim!

TRE TING are Steffen Fagerbakk, Lina Furuseth, and Markus Wisth Edvardsen. Together they have performed improv for many years at festivals including the Robin Hood Impro Festival in Nottingham, Impro Amsterdam, Improfestival Karlsruhe, Trondheim Fringe, and Oslo Improfestival.
