Dance with your friend! 

This ImproJam will focus on contact improvisation techniques and partner work. Movement tasks about giving and receiving weight or leading and following are central in this course. After the workshop part, we will go into the open jam where you can explore movements both alone or in physical contact with your partner.

It is a free event supported by DansiT, FFUK, SpareBank 1 SMN and Trondheim kommune. The ImproJam is held in English by dance artist Anna Thu Schmidt. Dance experience is not required. Doors will be open 15 minutes before the event and closed by the start of the event.

Anna Thu Schmidt is a dance artist with a focus on dance improvisation, interdisciplinary projects, site-specific work, and integrated dance.
