DION and TMY have joined to offer you a course with simple and effective meditation practices for stress management & inner peace which can be applied by everyone, anytime and anywhere. The course is 4 weeks long, with one class of around 60 minutes every week.

๐ธ 15 March: How does my environment affect my mental state in three different ways? | Learn how to engage the senses in meditation
๐ธ 22 March: Who am I, and what is my relationship with my mind? | Experience live music and meditative sounds
